Morag Blazey

CEO, UK

Morag spent more than 20 years in ad agencies as a TV buyer, media planner and account director. She became Managing Director of PHD in 1999 and CEO in 2006. She was a member of the IPA Media Futures Group, Chairman of JICRIT and became a Fellow of the IPA. After leaving the agency world in 2008 she assisted PwC in the development of the communications strategy for the Pensions Reform Bill, and worked with the Olympic Delivery Authority. Morag joined Ebiquity in 2009 to lead the UK Advertising Monitoring team. She went on to manage the integration of Xtreme Information and to lead the Global Advertising Intelligence Practice.

Andrew Challier

Client Relations Director

Andrew joined the group in 2007. He previously held Director level positions at Marks & Spencer, Verdict Research and Ninah Consulting. With a pedigree encompassing both client-side and consultancy experience, and having spent many years advising clients on Marketing Effectiveness issues, Andrew brings a results-orientated and client-focused perspective to the challenge of helping businesses make better marketing decisions.

Simon Cross

Joint Head of UK Media

Simon spent 10 years at Zenith Media (now ZenithOptimedia) in the fields of media buying, research and systems, and latterly in International Management. He joined Billetts (now Ebiquity) in 1997.  He was instrumental in building the business into the largest media-auditing practice in the UK, developing tools that are now universally recognised as the gold-standard in measuring the quality and value of media placement.

Judith Warn-Ford

Joint Head of UK Media

Judith started her media career at Dorland Advertising as a planner/buyer in the early 1980's. When the media world decided to split the planning and buying function Judith chose to align herself to the discipline of strategic media planning. Judith left Dorland to join Yershon Media (an Aegis company) as their lead strategic media planner and consultant responsible for many clients including Birds Eye Walls, Unilever, TSB and ICI. Judith left Yershon to join Fairbrother Lenz Media (FLE) and set up the non-TV auditing department and later the online auditing department. Judith now runs Ebiquity's media auditing department with Simon Cross.

Simon Cooke

Before joining Ebiquity in 2011, Simon spent over 20 years working for national newspapers. He started his career at The Guardian and joined The Independent in 1998. As Advertisement Director for The independent and Independent on Sunday he led the sales teams working across newspapers, magazines and online.

Stuart Deverson

Head of Advertising Intelligence UK

Stuart started his career with Ebiquity over 14 years ago, initially in Production before moving into Customer Support in 2002. He became Head of the Customer Support team in 2008, overseeing improvements in the client platform and methodologies whilst ensuring continued high levels of Customer engagement and satisfaction. As Head of Advertising Intelligence UK Stuart's current role gives him responsibility for data, platform and service as well as developing portfolio UK to include bespoke products to answer specific client needs and continuing to develop Ebiquity's digital monitoring.

Charlie Glennie

Head of Advertising Intelligence International

Charlie has been working in advertising intelligence since the early 90s. After working in both production and client services at the Register Group he helped start up Xtreme Information in 1997 and managed the client services team until Xtreme became part of Ebiquity. Since then he has taken over responsibility for the International Ad Intelligence practice focusing on data delivery to advertiser and agency clients as well as developing our international monitoring scope.

Mark Reen

International Practice Leader, Media Technology

Mark spent 20 years in publishing roles within regional press, national press and consumer magazines, most recently as Group Publisher at IPC SouthBank, with responsibility across all revenue streams for titles such as Marie Claire, Instyle and Homes & Gardens. Mark joined Ebiquity in 2008, as Managing Partner of ePublisher, after completing his MBA.

Samantha Holmes

Head of Development, Advertising Intelligence

Samantha started her post-graduate career as a Project Manager, delivering media training and education programmes. Moving into media monitoring, she joined Newslive in 2004. Having held the role of Operations Director within a monitoring environment, Samantha has first hand experience of ensuring the smooth delivery and high quality outputs of complex service requirements. She has responsibility for all editorial deliverables and the development of forward thinking monitoring solutions; working in partnership with clients across sectors including retail, finance and government.

Matthew Carlton

Head of Communications Insight

Now the Head of Insight, Matthew has worked in the team since 2007, when he began editing the department's special report series which focused on youth marketing and marketing in China. He has also worked on a range of bespoke marcoms reports and presentations for a diverse range of clients over the past years, including adidas, BBC, SAB Miller, Orange, UEFA and UPC. With a passion for sport and sponsorship, he oversees our expanding sports marketing/sponsorship intelligence and analysis services and is particularly fascinated in the role social media is playing in connecting sports fans to brands. Prior to joining Insight he was editor of the ammo marketing news and opportunities website.

Ben has first-hand experience of creating, setting up and delivering a range of integrated research projects combining different methods to provide meaningful and insightful findings for his clients.

Zee holds masters degrees in both Economics and Statistics. Since joining Billetts in 2005, Zee has excelled at developing innovative methodologies to solve complex problems, and advising customers on how to improve their marketing and business performance.
