Ebiquity Joins Ad Net Zero to Accelerate Sustainability in Global Advertising 

Ebiquity, a world leader in media investment analysis, is excited to announce its inclusion in Ad Net Zero’s Chartered Steering Group (CSG), reinforcing its commitment to advancing sustainability in the global advertising industry. This partnership reflects Ebiquity’s dedication to Creating a better media world, together and marks an important step in its efforts to reduce the environmental impact of media and advertising. 

Ad Net Zero, the industry’s leading sustainability programme, addresses the pressing challenge of reducing carbon emissions. Through its 5-point action plan, Ad Net Zero is supporting advertisers, agencies, media owners, and stakeholders to work toward the goal of net-zero emissions by 2050. 

As a member of the CSG, Ebiquity joins a global group of industry leaders shaping Ad Net Zero’s strategy and setting the course for sustainable media practices. This role enables Ebiquity to contribute directly to the development of policies and standards that will support meaningful progress in curbing emissions across advertising operations, as well as the more sustainable products, services and behaviours it can highlight.

As part of its involvement in Ad Net Zero’s CSG, Ebiquity will work closely with other industry leaders to: 

  • Shape and implement Ad Net Zero’s 5-point action plan, focusing on reducing carbon emissions across the entire advertising supply chain – from media production, planning and buying, to business operations and events. Ebiquity will also contribute to industry efforts to encourage more sustainable consumer behaviours. 

  • Develop a science-based emissions reduction plan within 12 months, ensuring that Ebiquity’s business practices align with Ad Net Zero’s rigorous standards and establishing a clear path towards meaningful reductions in carbon emissions. 

  • Collaborate on the development of industry-leading sustainability tools and frameworks, helping to create consistent measurement practices and solutions that support the reduction of emissions across the global advertising industry. 

This announcement builds on Ebiquity’s long-standing commitment to providing brands with data-driven insights that maximise media investment value while aligning with environmental goals. As the advertising industry adopts more sustainable practices, Ebiquity’s leadership in the CSG will help shape the solutions needed to meet these challenges at scale.
