Josephine Fehrmann is Ebiquity’s Chief People Officer, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Josephine joined Ebiquity in 2022 as People Lead for the European region. She brings extensive experience in a broad range of HR roles, including HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition, primarily in the technology sector.

Prior to joining Ebiquity Josephine was working for the Human Capital consulting practice at Deloitte, where she focused on strategic organisation and workforce transformation projects.

Josephine is a trained and certified Systemic Coach and academically rooted in Business and Organisational Psychology.
