Forbes recent feature ‘How Today’s Generational Home-Buying Behaviors Can Make Or Break A Deal’ explores the results of a home buyer study commissioned by Owners.com, a tech-enabled real estate company, and conducted by Ebiquity.

The study was a random sample of the general U.S. population and an over sample of consumers in the Atlanta region. It looked at buying patterns among Millennials (18-36), Generation X (37 to 52) and Baby Boomers (53+). The study showed that access to online property information remains key across all buying groups, with 82% responding that it was “essential to their decisions”.
