Ebiquity, today announced its acquisition of Transmit, the Media Intelligence Terminal dedicated to the global media industry. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. 

 Transmit is a platform for media industry professionals that seek an edge through intelligence. As part of the acquisition, Transmit will be rebranded as Ebiquity Transmit and will become a crucial business unit within the Ebiquity structure. It can be accessed here:

Ebiquity Transmit will serve as a real-time gateway to critical news, providing executive summaries, original sources, meta data, and expert opinions from senior Ebiquity staff and selected guest experts. Additionally, its  Financial section covers selected media stocks to keep media professionals abreast with market performance and earnings calendars. The Media Intelligence Terminal also contains a  Research section with curated high-value reports from renowned trade bodies and businesses for direct access. 

To celebrate the launch of Ebiquity Transmit and to showcase its premium capabilities, Ebiquity is delighted to announce that the platform will be available for free, unrestricted use by anyone for the remainder of 2023.

This enables users to experience first-hand the breadth of features and the depth of insights offered on the platform. From 2024, certain advanced features may be made exclusive to Ebiquity clients and/or available only to paid subscribers, further enhancing the rich suite of services we provide to our dedicated user base. This approach aligns with our commitment to equipping our clients with the most comprehensive and up-to-date media intelligence in the industry. 

 To spearhead this transformative initiative, Bouke de Vries, a long-standing employee of Ebiquity, has been appointed to take on the global leadership role of the new product. His deep understanding of the company and extensive experience within the sector make him the ideal candidate to guide Ebiquity Transmit towards achieving its ambitious goals.
